It certainly makes coming back from a deficit that much harder

i saw it when it happened. There was a lot of bullshit tonight. our 2 best players had 5 fouls in the 1st quarter. Thompson grabbing someone's arm on an offensive board and flailing is NOT a foul. And this shit is no mistake. If I can see it on tv, I know cot damn well an official 3 feet from the action has a better view.

Danny green's block on lebron was called a foul and no replays was shown on tv it was a few play after jsimms blocked lebron on a fastbreak play i guess its illegal to block lebron's shot twice in a row . One should be a foul it must be in the rulebooks ... Fuckin refs

Yes. I saw that. Thompson was grabbing West's arm.

the league wants that cavs/warriors rematch again. We're gonna get fucked again this year fellas. Crawford has one more big job on his way out.. More importantly, how has lebron for 13 years been able to take 3 or 4 steps on a fast break with not whistle? Has he ever been called for it?

Yeah I remember that call, it was a joke... most of these pseudo stars do that kind of shit when feel the pressure, Wade and Lebron did that during the ´14 finals too.

Been saying it for nearly two decades. NBA refs are hands down the worst in all of pro sports and it's not even close.

They need to add a fourth and five court official who just stands around the rim to make below the rim calls. The game is way too fast to rely on three officials.

And Lebron travels on every possession. :lol

I actually thought the Dubs match was officiated worst. The LMA third foul was a huge phantom call that really cost us. But I actually felt the first offensive play by the spurs, where west was called for the T. Now the T was fine, but damn, Love fouled him twice in one play. Perhaps of Love was called for that foul, his outburst in the 1st could have been avoided.

Patty fouled LeBron on that fast break. Sorry folks.

Worst officiated game of the year. The first half especially.

Look at the angle the ref has. He probably couldn't see the arm. Obviously the wrong call, but if you can't see the arm then it looks a lot like a blocking foul. To me, this seems like we just need another official for better angles under the rims.

Yeah, refs were pretty terrible in this game. I'm not saying there was an inside job, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if someone had told me there was.

I don't think better angles are going to help, they were deliberately calling the game in Cavs favor. Spurs had no pride going against a real competitor yet again. Spurs have clearly bought into their own fool's gold with winning so easily against the sub .500 teams, because they just don't get that this year is different there is a huge divide between the talented teams, and the ones with talent you have to play like it matters.

We went about 2 or 3 weeks of a media blitz talking about how "under the radar" (bullshit) the Spurs have been, hyping them up (Kawhi being best player, which even as Spurs fans are not comfortable saying)...and giving motivation to the rest of the contenders.

Getting off topic but speaking about "under the radar". It's their way of trying to acknowledge that they don't cover you while trying to excuse this fact by implying it's because you go about your business in a quiet fashion.

It looked to me simmons was going to get up to try to block lebron before foul on patty was called. Also that "foul" on simmons on Kyrie was probably one of the worst I've ever seen seriously.

The Kyrie foul call was so bad, it deserves a public apology.

It's hard to watch a game like last night and not think that the NBA favors certain teams. Maybe it's not fair to blame the NBA, the refs could owe some favors to the mob and have bets on the game. :lol

Do you guys really think the NBA wants Cavs-Spurs in the finals again? The least watched Finals in history, IIRC.

It's obvious how much the league is trying to push that little dyke down our throats. Lebron is in his 30's and they need a new face. The NBA won't let Curry lose.

They have trouble finding three solid officals they would have to add a couple dozen refs to make that work.

I'd rather two coaching challenges, allowing coaches to challenge:

Traveling
Whether a player stepped out of bounds
Goaltending (offensive and defensive)
block/charge

If a coach wins a challenge he gets an extra one and if he loses he gets docked a timeout (same as NFL)

I really don't think that they care. S.A is the second best team in the NBA. Having a one sided Finals is much worse than a competive one. The first Heat-Spurs series was an instant classic.
The WCF is where the ratings are going to be at, with GSW vs S.A./OKC.

Wont even win many games against a crappy teams when the refs are making those calls, let alone the Cavaliers.

I don't think the Warriors want any of the Clippers, tbh... They're probably the team that causes them the most problems, even more than SA.

Social media has made the refs have to be less blatant about their cheating. Sometimes, we still get stuff like this.....
