It's all up to the BGods tbqh. If Manu were to come back healthy the Spurs run would probably turn into the 300 movie and they would stomp their way to a championship.

Sure they could still do it without Manu at all but him coming back would be a shot of adrenaline on them IMO

Of course all this assuming Duncan comes back. That's another story....

I expect Manu's recovery will deny movement, exercise to protect his injury, so he could be not only out of game shape at the end of March, but out of total shape.

Why is everyone assuming he won't comeback for the playoffs? LOL

Besides the fact that the injury could affect his mobility for weeks, weird things happen to a 38 year old body after sitting idle for weeks. At 38+ getting up from bed in the morning is a miracle in itself

Maybe 38+ year old bodies in the 5th century, I'm sure Manu will be able to pump is body full of enough HGH to be ok

I'm sure Manu's recovery will include conditioning to avoid as much muscle atrophy as possible. As bad as this is, if Manu comes back from this the Spurs will be on fire! You can't buy that kind of motivation!:madrun

a few weeks should be no problem. Only danger would be if Manu's wound gets infected with Hospital Bacteria and he gets SARS or something.
