lost pw on main sn, fmp not workin(lol)

I know it's silly but it's bugging me, what can I do? The lost my pw page always never loads(i've tried diff browsers/comps ect) My main login was Shaolin-Style with the dash

Thank you very much Kori. I will not repeat this mistake once again. I had actually forgotten the third login's password as well which was embarassing but my primary concern was for this id. I could not find the option to delete the thread in edit for that login but feel free to remove this post so I do not waste space on this forum. Thanks again.
