Like Game 5 of the 1999 Finals. He was unstoppable that game until the very last play.

Yep. Despite Allan Houston getting most of the love for that Knicks team, Spreewell was really their catalyst and their best player during that playoff run, particularly against the Spurs.

haha, Spree doesn't give a shit about his image. Just needs that money to feed his family.

Yup and he scored in so many different ways in this game, it was impossible to predict his next move

I also remember a regular season game @Milwaukee during the last year of NBA on NBC

He went off in the last 5 minutes of the 4th and OT

:lol finished with 48 pts and 9 consecutive 3's

Edit : found a vido of that game; game went to double OT , Redd and Allen with clutch plays to send the game to OT and 2OT, but NYK won

:lol crazy game

I don't think NY scored the last 3 minutes of that game.

Damn Sprewell with the hard-up-for-money embarrassing cameo...fourth character on an ad behind a toddler :lol..

That commercial reminds me of that commercial MC Hammer did a few years ago which referenced his bankrupt status.

I remember when we all wanted Spre to come to the Spurs, after Sean retired. He and Pop were supposed to be close.

Pop probably got a recommendation by his old boss Don Nelson who coached Spree when he was w/ the Worriers.

It was like the Manu/Porker dynamics. :lol

I was a huge fan of Sprewell and wanted him on the Spurs. lol, I guess I am a fan of players with cornrows as I was also a huge Iverson fan before he started becoming ultra selfish.
