“Yes, you see a toned-down version of his dance moves in the car; during that day, anyway, because he was really excited about doing the shoot,” Green explained. “He was loud, dancing a lot, even though there was no music at the time. So when you guys hear the music, we didn’t have the music. He was just dancing to whatever was going on in his head, and that was the toned-down version of Boban. It was fun. Commercial shoots take longer than people expect or know. They take a couple of hours. But it was fun. Obviously, after a certain time, you’re like, ‘Alright, let’s try to move on to the next thing.’ But it was a lot of fun; especially shooting with Boban and Sean [Elliott]. Those guys are easy to work with.”

Marjanovic laughed when recalling the shoot, which Green said took a little longer than most local sessions. In the spot as Marjanovic cranks up the music in the car, he exclaims “This sound system is awesome.”

“I think it’s good,” Marjanovic said of the spot. “They told me the good stuff about the commercial, what the commercial would present, and it sounded like nice stuff, like a funny part. I really don’t like too much of the commercial acting in a lot of commercials. But this one can be my favorite.”

Believe it or not, Marjanovic said the World Car spot was actually his fourth commercial. Marjanovic also took part in a movie, he said, but didn’t have a speaking part.

“But this commercial was a good time, a great time,” Marjanovic said.
