I agree that the defender was incredibly stupid. Even just a little pressure probably alters his shot just enough at a minimum for the miss at that range.

When you know that a guy is operating with only two seconds to get off a shot, you got to apply pressure or at least appear to be in position to apply pressure. That defense was a gift. Curry knew he had the open shot.

Poor defense and planning on multiple occasions. Donovan is a short timer. The Klay Thompson corner 3, uncontested. The Klay lay in with no one even challenging him.
