Why is Kyle playing, seriously

I was flipping between spurs vs pistons and tigres vs real salt lake and every time I saw Kyle on court I wanted to throw something. The guy us obviously not worthy of playing time. He seems like a good guy but is a terrible player. How can pop not see his lack of speed, slow decision making and low basketball iq. It's infuriating with playoffs coming up. I mean, if we're playing the phily at home I get it, but this guy plays 20 minutes a game! I mean, if you throw me or anyone of you out there instead of him it wouldn't be that much of drop, that says it all.
