Will we break or tie the record? (Yeah, I forgot "f" in for from the poll's title).

Would need 4 more straight 50+ win seasons. With Kawhi and LMA locked up long term, it's doable. But really hard to say because there's going to be a lot of changes in the next 4 years, with Timmy & Manu retiring soon and Tony's production likely falling off a cliff in the next couple seasons as he's almost 34. Plus one injury could change everything so you just never know as well. Depends on who we sign, if anybody, in Free Agency in the next 2 offseasons. Lots of variable here.

If Kawhi doesn't suffer a major injury, i think we equal 76ers at the very least..Peak Leonard + post-prime LMA + role players coached by Pop = PLAYOFF (even as lower seed)..

The outlook of the conference isn't looking really that bright, so that will help..The Warriors are here to stay..The Wolves/Pelicans may be a sub-contender in 2 years..Dallas/Memphis have no future..Houston will keep cycling through shitty pieces around Harden..Jazz are most overrated "core" in the league...Thunder is going to be conference footnote this summer or the next when KD/Russ bolt...Clippers face uncertainty with Free agency of Paul/Blake in 2017 but could be blown up this year..Guests will keep guesting as the ultimate pretender..and you have the Lakers who are setback for like another 5 years..

Pop also agreed to stay for as long as Aldridge is here, so we will have Pop, LMA, Kawhi, and Tony for 4 years. Plus hopefully we will retain Mills and add some new talent after Timmy decides to finally take that long vacation after a legendary career.

I say yes the Spurs will break that record but Let me fire up the Delorean with the flux capacitor to find out for sure.

Back from 5 years in the future and the good news is the Spurs keep their playoff streak going. The bad news is bonner is still playing for the Spurs!
