If they underperformed in the playoffs would make you chop your dick into fishing chum?

I'm thinking Kevin Martin, everyone here blowing him so hard I'll prob buy the McGradyesque hype then await Kawhi's token 15 game injury and watch Martin blow it

Worried about LA, but he's been playing much more aggressive and in his element as of late. Let's see over these next few weeks.....that will tell A LOT.

LMA is playing at least at a second team All NBA level since the GS debacle (19 games). Based on traditional counting stats, which we know is how voters vote - 23.8 / 8.9 / 2.1 / 1.8 blocks and only 1.1 TO / 2.6 fouls per 36 minutes. Shooting 54.3% / 91.9% on 16.8 FGA / 6.0 FTA.

Kawhi is at 24.9 / 7.5 / 2.7 / 0.8 blocks / 1.6 steals over the same stretch on only 1.7 TO / 1.7 fouls per 36 minutes. 55.4% on 2s / 41.3% on 3s / 85.9% from the line on 13.1 twos / 4.6 threes / 4.6 FTA.

Yes, LMA could wilt just like Kawhi did down the stretch of last year's playoffs after a monster start, and the worry is if both aren't firing on all cylinders that the other will struggle too. But if they keep up this intensity, watch out. Not to mention you'll probably have 8 more minutes per game combined of Kawhi and LMA in the playoffs than they're playing now, which essentially eliminates some Anderson / Diaw / West / garbage time minutes.

T-Mac was DONE when the Spurs signed him last minutes, K-Mart on the other hand is at the tailed end of his prime ala 2012 Stephen Jackson.

LMA played like ass against the Cripples (the game Kawhi missed right after the ASG break) while being guarded by an undersized PF (Moute).:lol

Probably for me it would be Tony. He's so important in his role to look fir opportunities for others that if he has a bad game it's hard for others in the SL to get rolling, specially LMA, bc he's supposed to set others up, take care if the ball, be selective with his opportunities and get others going in good spots. Games that LMA has struggled like that Clippers game so was Tony. Kawhi is not so dependent on Tony, but LMA, Danny, even TD are. Bad Tony is the kiss of death. A. Miller does give me peace of mind.

In the bench it's Diaw. He's been slumping or coasting or fat or he's gotten old, something is up. Even now I am not that concerned about him bc he does have the ability to turn it on, but so far he hasn't against good competition. Some matches may require more minutes from him than he's been playing.
