If their careers ended tonight which Spurs players make the HOF? Not "on pace", not "has potential." If this were all she wrote, who gets in?

Taken as you requested it, only the Big Three, but if you include 'on pace' or 'potential', then I would add Kawhi and Aldridge. No doubt about all the Big Three, though, plus POP.

Just the big 3, among players..

Kawhi will get in if he racks up All-NBA and All-Star teams, which shouldn't be difficult..

Aldridge probably needs 2 championships as a top 2 guy to get in IMO..

Big 3 and Kiwi, why Kiwi now? because if a sore loser like Durant ends his game today he will be a Hofer Im pretty sure and accomplished nothing to write home about.
