Cannot lie that is pretty damning.
But all that matters in the end ... Celts 17 Lakers 16.
They are one up on us because we gave one away in '84 and West and Company also failed us in '69? (before my time)
They have scoreboard.

In 1395 the Blankenheim Lakers defeated the Coevorden MooseHeads.
They took a round stone and saw who could throw it thru a bread carrying basket more times.

It wasn't really basketball, but close enough by Laker standards to count it. Go for it!

Funny. But dont act like you wont count all 5 of the Spurs titles 20 years from now ...heck the one from 1999 is old enough to drive to work and get legally married in some places.

How is that salty? All titles are legit i didnt even * 1999. My point is your title is your title. If you are the same franchose even if you move it doesnt matter. Raiders have 2 in oakland iirc and 1 in LA they have 3 lombardis not just 2..
You the genius that cited the 9-3 which goes back before we were both born ...amirite? But geography matters here?

That 70% of titles is a great stat. IF spurs or Dubs win it only increases. That is why stars are so important. If you get one like Kareem, MJ, Magic, Bird Tim, Kobe , shaq you win titles especially if you can add a wing man like Pippen, Mchale, Worthy, Pau etc.

Yep at the end of the day they have scoreboard. But 2010 getting our revenge for 2008 was quite sweet. Winning a game 7 to get to 16 was almost as sweet as winning in 1985 at the old Boston Garden. wining that on that floor where we had choked so many times before and as recently as 1984 will always be tops. the WCF in 2000 is just behind that and a close 3rd was game 7 at Staples watching Pierce walk away dejected after Artest sent him packing. Glorious days. I have seen us beat the Celts in 3 different finals with only two losses. The oldtimers saw us get our ass whupped a bunch of times ...

I just don't want to draft a QB... can't spend a premium pick on a bench warmer when we're trying to win it all right now with the core we have. Just need to improve on defense and then stay healthy.
