The Hornets start Marvin Williams at PF & he has been basically playing stretch 4 (shooting 45% from 3 the past 2 months). They are also bringing Al Jefferson coming off the bench & he killed the Heat recently.
IMO, it would be better to start Boris at the 4 & LMA at center since Zeller is a athletic/finesse type player like Plumblee. Kemba (who has been scorching HOT) also runs a high PnR w/ Marvin so it would be best to have a mobile big that's able to switch like Diaw (Kemba will leave Tim in his wake like Monta Ellis).

I'm also not sure Diaw/West will be able to handle Big Al in the paint especially on the offensive boards.

I honestly think the LMA/Diaw starting tandem with Duncan/West coming off the bench should be the most logical lineup going forward, with Duncan perhaps closing games when we need him to. This way, we never have to trot out the Diaw/West tandem which is abysmal on defense.

If we plan to start LMA and Diaw vs the Warriors then they should get some more prep time.

I feel like Pop is slowly but surely phasing out Tim/Porker out of the rotation.:toast

Won't trade Duncan but Parker with his salary is a viable trade candidate this summer imo.

Duncan was benched because bogut didn't play. Bogut will start in the games going forward sans an injury, I'm assuming. Which means Duncan will get the start as well.
As for the OP, no, duncan will start.

I'm fine w/ him splitting minutes & Patty closing out games. If PATFO draft a PG, they would still need a season before getting rotation minutes & Porker can be a mentor just like he was for G.Hill. Who knows, he might fall apart physically after the Olympics & retire at the end of next season.
Why the intentional misspelling of his name to compare to an autistic cartoon character? Kawhi is the semi autistic one. Duncan is just socially awkward. Weird thing to see on a spurs board tbh.
