I don't think so. It's not about the loss, it's more about how, about loosing their composure (himself include) for instance.

Yes, he is "happy" because he can use that loss to work on the team, but not that way

The whistle blew at .06 and based on when they blew the whistle must've been considered out of bound at 1.1. No replay though to get it right. Just doing their job, after all.
