Good question. Not sure and I think he should have explained that part better. But even so he still would have to take accountability for the damaged it caused. IF i have company proprietary on my personal phone and it gets hacked stolen whatever and it gets out ...that wouldnt excuse me for being accountable for the damage the lost information may cause to my company.
