Lmfao if nick young wasn't doing something he shouldn't be doing he wouldn't have anything to hide. Is Russell wrong for recording a private conversation? Yes. However, I think that if you are going to be bad, you should at least be good at it.

I'm not a fan of Byron's coaching in general, but maybe he was onto something early in the season with his handling of Russell. He realized that Russell has some maturity issues to work through.
