Last night was no shock. No big surprises. No storylines. No dramas. The Celtics were the favorites to win this game, as the Warriors don't play defense and normally give up 110 points or more a game. The fact that the Warriors are 68-8 isn't due to them being great, it is due to a lack of confidence by many players in the league who get distracted by storylines. I just saw a solid Celtics team go out there and just play the game. They didn't pay attention to Warrior comparisons to the Bulls or Curry being called the greatest basketball player ever.
It's funny how Kerr and Curry are so cocky that they don't know how to act after a loss, and become awkward when they're being interviewed after a loss. I have not seen a cockier player-coach combination in a long time.
Again, no shockers, no big surprises, no storylines, the Celtics just did what they were supposed to do. It's hilarious how the fans in the arena acted like they were at someone's funeral just for losing a home game.
