Was the plywood meant to keep the wind and rain out or the looters? I ask because I see 4 more windows right above that are uncovered. They could have easily screwed the plywood into the brick on those.

Come on, you morons, everyone knows that OSB isn't any good anymore if it gets wet. :lol

If that is Loupot's, I think it has been shut down/closed since before Rita. You have to put lumber on the inside of the windows or Aggies will "borrow" it and go make something out of it.

Sorry SWC...they are open still. They closed for the 23,24,25th of Sept for the Hurricane. I just called to see if the pic was of them being closed for business.

Love those Ags!

But, it's understandable. They couldn't be supported outside, so they're just saving the cleanup/damage from shattered glass.

yep--our windows will not support the weight of plywood screwed into their frames--neither is there sufficient masonry wall surrounding them for an attachment----therefore our contractor a "good Ag"
suggested saving the store from a major cleanup and letting the glass go----it wasn't a difficult decision to make !! thanks for your interest---(name removed)

That could explain that, now why did they leave the flag outside?

That is just the Aggie Flag, not a U.S. Flag...but a good question, nonetheless!
