Typical New Orleans. There's brutal murders pretty much on a daily basis and no one does anything about it.

Just heard there is video of Smith rear-ending the shooter's vehicle first. Then Smith speeds off. The guy then tracks Smith down to confront him for hit and run, and a loaded gun belonging to Smith was found. Also, the shooter didn't leave the scene of the crime. He stayed there...put his gun down....and waited on the Police.

I'm sure a lot more is going to come out soon...
