Green's decline is worse, as he's essential to matching up vs. the Warriors..you need 2-way options and size on the perimeter to beat them..

The Spurs currently only have 3 players that aren't below average or worse on at least 1 side of the ball(Kawhi, Aldridge and maybe Diaw)..the Warriors, OTOH, have a bunch..it allows the luxury of versatility, which is huge, especially in today's league..

I remember a playoff game a long time ago against the Lakers where PJ's strategy was to leave Bowen unguarded-- he went for 27 that game iirc, and that strategy was quickly retired...
