Corey Joseph and his lock down defense.

Last Years team match up better against DUBS compared to this year's one.

This Year's one is better compared to last year's one, but we didn't match up good against DUBS.

WCF Exit in written on the wall...

A Cojo+Patty rotation and there is no way we lose to the Clippers.

No way.

This

Hard to believe this is the same guy who hit 7 of 9 in the second half of an NBA finals game. Snh

And Patty's, too. Our regression in 3-point shooting means that we are not as good a TEAM this season. 3s beat 2s.

Green's decline is worse, as he's essential to matching up vs. the Warriors..you need 2-way options and size on the perimeter to beat them..

The Spurs currently only have 3 players that aren't below average or worse on at least 1 side of the ball(Kawhi, Aldridge and maybe Diaw)..the Warriors, OTOH, have a bunch..it allows the luxury of versatility, which is huge, especially in today's league..

The issue yesterday was the offense & CoJo wasn't helping in that area last season.:wakeup

So people shit on Cory Joseph for four fucking years and now that he's gone he's Bruce Bowen. Morons.

He definitely didn't fit with Manu, but next season once Manu retires, a much better backup PG than Mills. I think Spurs knew this too and they wanted him, we just couldn't pay him Nd he's in a much better situation for himself

We really miss Timmy's knees, Parker's speed, and Manu's other 10-15 mins?

We also miss overall the time when jump shooting gimmicky teams were doomed to fail by missing shots or falling short on defense.

Defense is solid. Offense if the problem. And last I recall Cojo was not very good at it.

Our lack of 3 point shot was always going to come to haunt us at some point.

Agree with HH37 a few posts back. All we really need is Green's 3 point shot back. Countless things would improve if he could just hit the 3 at a decent clip.

Imagine if the GSW actually had to send a guy out to guard him at the 3 point line.............SMH.

i did not think parker would be so bad that i would miss cojo.

would rather have cojo than parker tbh. would rather have danny green back over those two though...

Averaging 17 ppg so far in the playoffs. Definitely the one that got away, but he deserved to get paid.

It'll be interesting to see what Pop decides to do if defenses decide to cheat off of Green more & more--- give him the green light and hope he gets his stroke back? I remember a playoff game a long time ago against the Lakers where PJ's strategy was to leave Bowen unguarded-- he went for 27 that game iirc, and that strategy was quickly retired...

Come to think of it, I miss Manu's hair because it helped him with his flops (per George Karl)

And Manu misses his balls. Does that count?
