The Warriors were going for this record, they want it, its actually a record that people will remember. On the flipside the Spurs took even more pressure off themselves, while the Golden State Warriors are now under immense pressure to win the title, more pressure possibly than any other team in NBA history. If they dont win the title it would be a colossal failure on all levels. I am actually happy the Spurs lost, I REALLY am, I went in hoping they would lose, and I didnt think the home record meant anywhere as much as the 73 wins does.

I know a lot of you are down right now but when the smoke clears you will realize this loss tonight was one of the best things that could have happened to the Spurs. They still might not beat the Warriors in the playoffs (they probably wont), but this result surely takes pressure off and puts the weight of the world on the Warriors (who have been playing playoff games for a month and have lost at home despite pushing for this record).
