The rule says that when a defensive player shove an offensive player into another -either in shooting motion or the team is already in the Bonus-, the player who's taking the shot will be the one shooting FT's. They explained the rule in the 2nd game vs the Worriers, when Porker shoved Livingston(IIRC) into Curry.

This just my recollection after a few beers but I think right before the buzzer, Kanter was grabbing DWest arm/elbow rather than just putting a hand on him defensively as the ball was put into play. West then yanks his arm loose. Then after the buzzer you see what is in the video posted on the first page and West pushes Kanters arm away.

Yeah, I hope West brings that toughness in the playoffs. The whole team needs to bring something more than just "Spurs system" mechanical efficiency. Bring a little attitude. And chutzpah.
