Parker will pull his annual disappearing act. Mills will pull his road disappearing act. Can the fromtcourt makeup the production? Memphis tonight was daring Parker to shoot. If he's off which he will be then it becomes much harder for the frontcourt to score. Not a good sign going forward. At least Green looks good and Manu has been ok.

No, they need a PG to show up in 4 games each series

Yeah, the starting back court is the main challenge for the Spurs. Parker is inconsistent...as is Danny (offensively.)
The back court is what killed us in last years playoffs...and nothing has changed this year. Exact same back court.

Any other year, this spurs team would have blitzzed the league even if were playing Andre Miller 35mpg at the point.
This team is a championship level teal who is not going to win because of Golden State.
So to answer your question, no
.not reallly. This team wont win even with ok PG production

Pop finally played Manu at point with Kawhi, LMA, Green, and Diaw, and it was devastating. I've been waiting for Manu to join that group. My only question now is whether pop has the guts to start Manu against GSW.

So I'm guessing you won't be watching the (possible) SA v GS series since you're already stating that GS winning as if it's fact. They might not beat GS but I'll definitely watch with a belief that they can win.

Of course Ill be watching. Miracles do happen. I just dont really have aby expectation from this team this year because of how GSW has played. Id give the spurs against GSW the same chance of winning as id give the pistons against the Cavs to start their series so roughly around 5% of winning.

I like the lineup with Manu and Diaw on the court. They have much better passing and can get Aldridge, Green and Leonard at the right spots. Defensively, they can do a lot more switching.
Aldridge, Diaw, Leonard, Green and Manu are likely the best 5 to play.
of course the bench is also formidable Duncan, West, Anderson, Mills, Parker.

Spurs can always win without any one player playing well. We've won plenty of games without Kawhi showing up in the playoffs. Same with Duncan. Same with Ginobili. The Spurs don't need every single player to play well to win a series. Never have.

Agreed. As wretched as his game was last night, if TP can get 7 or more assists like he did last night, and Kawhi play 40 minutes of true superstar basketball like he did last night, then we can win against anybody.
