Announcing Curry's out a while and bringing him back the second something goes wrong.

Risk their franchise player, multi time MVP, and best player in the league? uh, no.

They're hyping the injury. It wouldn't be a risk.

gamesmanship (\ˈgāmz-mən-ˌship\) (noun)

1: the art or practice of winning games by questionable expedients without actually violating the rules

2: the use of ethically dubious methods to gain an objective

Would the Warriors risk going to a game 7 in Oracle with the Rockets to delay the start of their second round match up to give Curry more time to heal? Probably not. But if their series or Blazers/Clips did go to 7, when is the latest the second round match up could start? Tuesday or Wednesday of next week?

doctor on sportscenter said he might be able to come back before 2 weeks.. depends on the kind of injury and if there is a bone bruise pain as well. They were vague with the description of the injury.

The WCSF are not starting until next weekend, no matter how long the remaining series actually need. If the Thunder win Game 5, Spurs/Thunder won't start until next weekend. If the Warriors win Game 5 and the Clippers win Games 4 and 5 (meaning they eliminate Portland on Tuesday), Warriors/Clippers won't start until next weekend.

The first week of the 2-week timetable for Curry will be done by the time the WCSF start, no matter what.

You mean this weekend, right? So even if the Thunder win tonight, Spurs/OkC won't start until Saturday 4/30 at the earliest?

They just need to not go down 2-0 against LAC. Split 1-1, get Curry back and they won't lose a single game after that.

People with the reverse jinx bands tbh :lol

I'd be surprised if he's back before two weeks.

Curry walked off the floor with virtually no limp. Swelling can cause a few days missed. Two weeks is BS. Green talking about Curry being in tears is BS, too.

Curry will be very rusty, which will make him more susceptible to injury since he won't be in playoff shape
