Injuries are part of the game, but this year is starting to shape up to be as bad as last. What the fuck is happening to this league?

Yes and the Spurs keep on getting dicked over with the hardest matchups. Last year they got hardest first round matchup and this year they now have the hardest second round matchup.

I think 60 games would be perfect. I've been saying the same.

Price to be paid for getting a depleted Memphis.

No, it's the price to be paid for coming in 2nd. When the Spurs were first, it's not like they had to run the gauntlet.

Sure that is true ... but most Spur fans claimed they wanted the Memphis/OKC path over the Rox/LAC ...
You got Memphis and it was easy work.
Now OKC may or not prove difficult for SAS but I am sure the Rox/LAC or POR looks much better.

Careful what you wish for ...

Who cares. You can put an asterisk upon every year's champs because of this, or that to this team, or that team, or those teams.
Just about every single year some team will get a free ride through a round, or two... maybe even three because of injuries, or whatnot.

Just let the team play who's in front of them and STFU.

:lol You sound like some hokey dad character from a 90's TGIF show like Danny Tanner or Karl Winslow with your moral lectures. First off nobody assumed OKC was a pushover compared to the Clippers. Both teams when they are healthy are a challenge. Stop acting like Spurs fans were looking at OKC as a lightweight compared to the Clippers.

You have to respect the talent the Thunder have but I don't see a healthy Spurs team losing to them easily at all. The thunder will be physical with the spurs, but this is a series the Spurs should win.

Here are 3 quotes that dispute what you said from 3 spur posters I see on here more often than yourself ...

100% Duncan: Okc as a matchup nightmare LOL We have kawhi for kd, and dg for westbrook. We can hide parker on roberson. They cant pack the paint with lma, dwest, bobo.
And kawhi typically owns the team. Meanwhile clippers negate kawhi's defense by running millions of screens for paul, and tiring danny by chasing redick the whole time.
We also dont have someone who can check blake, the best pf in the league. And for some reason, auscrub rivers owns patty.

Spuristan:
Thunder 4th quarter defense..Spurs better hope they stay at 3rd seed..
The Clippers have potential to be monster team with Blake and are going to give hell both to GSW/SA...
I want no part of CP3 last stand to make a conference finals

Robz400:
.. rather face OKC, especially with how bad Abaka has looked.

:lol case, closed or do you want more? :rollin

what a chinadoll. It seems Blakey is injured almost every year by the time the playoffs are around? But, but, but eastern bloc training, esteriods, and german baby fetuses make every athlete stronger now :cry Today's Athletes:lol

Blake out rest of the playoffs ...
CP3 out 4-6 weeks but surgery is going right now and longer than they expected. Even if they continue to win without him ...:lol

He is probably done for the year ... to bad. he was playing at a very high level.
