Are we going to do two threads like we did for some previous draft I don't remember? Like have one where people can post tweets spoiling picks and one where we pretty much just go by the broadcast.

Doesn't matter to me. I used to get pissed about spoiling picks but I don't really care anymore. People are probably going to spoil them anyway.

I hope we move back a little and pick up a 3rd rounded. Any combination of a Nose Tackle and Center, maybe a free safety in the first two rounds. I will be happy.

With the advent of a wide-casting net of Social Media, it's pretty much near impossible to avoid being genuinely excited about the draft. I know whom the hometown team will pick at 1 and whom the Eagles will pick at 2. I will hopefully get to watch as i'm going to be getting ready for a wedding in Santa Barbara the following Friday. As for whom I would like the Seahawks to pick. I would say the Center from Alabama. I think he'll be gone by the pick, but it will help anchor the OL for years to come.

I'm just really happy that I won't have to stay up for hours waiting for the Ravens to pick only for them to move into the top of the second. If they don't have a first-rounder this year, it's going to be because of a megatrade, and who doesn't get excited about those?

Also, not that this is rare, but Tampa being in the top 10 too really makes this a good draft for watching.

yeah, im terrified of jack, but the talent is there.

pretty good chance we go with a d-lineman... nkemdiche, rankins, shaq lawson, leonard floyd are all names there.

i really like jack conklin the OT. also could go corner depending on who's there, though if hargreaves isn't available i'd rather just take one of the d-linemen. some people also have the ILB reggie ragland coming over. he's a good one, but it's a pretty big question of whether he can ever play in coverage

Not sure about Buckner. What's the word on him?

6'7" Height
34 3/8" Arm Length
291LBS. Weight
11 3/4" Hands

OverviewIt would be foolish for team to be wary of selecting Buckner because of the lack of success of former Ducks defender and number three overall pick Dion Jordan, as he's a completely different type of player. The 2015 Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year, Ted Hendricks Award finalist and member of multiple All-American squads (first team USA Today, second team AP, etc.) presents a thicker frame, portending an NFL career with his hand on the ground, rather than a stand-up pass rusher like Jordan. Buckner had become a name to note as a 2014 second-team All-Pac-12 pick (led team with 13 tackles for loss) after two seasons as a partial-year starter; he had 29 tackles and two starts, playing in every game as a true freshman in 2013, followed by a eight-start sophomore season (3.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks). He finished off his career in style (83 tackles, 17 for loss, Pac-12 leading 10.5 sacks), putting himself among the top prospects in the senior class.

Pro Day Results
Bench: 21 reps of 225 pounds AnalysisStrengthsImpressive NFL-ready physique. Has natural strength and power in his hands and improved their effectiveness this year. Not a content player, Buckner plays with effort and will continue working hands and feet to improve his positioning. Light went on as pass rusher in 2015. Generated top-end production by combining his power and dynamic athletic traits. Improved his pad level as rusher creating dominating pocket push that he was able to convert into sacks and knockdowns. Rare tackle production for defensive lineman with 163 over last two seasons. Long arms and good play speed allow him maximum field coverage to tackle. Flexible upper body. Can flip shoulders, then hips around the edge of blockers allowing him to play on the other side of the line. Has size and athleticism for scheme versatility. Quick off the snap and difficult to cut off in run game. WeaknessesPlays too tall after the snap. Pad level so high that it impacts ability to stop and change direction with necessary body control. Needs to bend more when penetrating in order to avoid redirect blocks. Will need to play with wider base to take on blockers on next level. Has habit of turning shoulders and getting knocked out of position rather than taking on blocks with squared up pads. Draft ProjectionRound 1 Sources Tell Us"His comp is going to be Calais Campbell or Arik Armstead but I think he's more talented coming out than either one of those guys. He's twice the player Armstead was coming out." - NFC Regional Scout NFL ComparisonCalais Campbell Bottom LineHeaded into this season, Buckner was a traits prospect who flashed with quickness, strength and overall athleticism, but he put those traits together in 2015. Buckner has the body type of a classic 3-4 defensive end who can control the point of attack with length and power, but he has above average pass rush potential for that position which figures to push him into the early stages of round one. Buckner has similar power to former teammate Arik Armstead, but is a much better pass rusher and has a chance to become a dominant force in the NFL

I watch more SEC than anything given my fandom of A&M, but I really don't like college sports. From what I have heard, I'm really excited for the Bucs. The board broke down the way they wanted it to.

Supposedly, the Ravens tried to make a small trade with Dallas to get Ramsey. Dallas was afraid Jax would trade down with another team that wanted Elliott. Such a waste for both teams.

Biggest concern:

• Hands are an issue. Dropped 10 of 72 catchable passes in 2015 for a 13.9 percent drop rate that ranked 88th of 96 qualifiers at wide receiver. 2014 wasn’t much better: 12.64 percent drop rate ranked 82nd.

• May be limited to the vertical route tree, hasn’t done much work catching the ball over the middle in traffic

• While the deep speed allows him to get behind the defense, he’s not great at hauling in off-target throws or making contested catches.

https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2016/03/28/draft-pff-scouting-report-will-fuller-wr-notre-dame/
