I think the OP linked the wrong vid... I watched the linked "Robinson" video last night and the video that followed was a game summary of "Robinson vs. Hakeem / Spurs vs. Rockets 1992" or something along those lines... in that video there is a clip of a really young ball boy that uses a towel to trap a bat that had interrupted the game... at that point the thread title made more sense.

On paper, you're correct about all that. But I don't think Pistol was jerky and the defensive menace that Manu was. He certainly had mad skills and kept opponents off balance. As well, Pistol's standard shot was more conventional was it not? Certainly, he had some trick shots like Manu as well though.
