Pssssh. So Blake and FromWayDowntown, are his Konstitushanal Wrights being *violated*?

Little molesty phuck Francis Rawls went on the deepweb and Freenet on the regular with several devices. Rawls’s sister testified that he had allowed family members to view content on an iPhone 6, which “allegedly focus on the clothed genital area of two nieces, aged four and six,”...Rather then simply give authorities his passwords, Rawls sits in solitary confinement for the last 7 months. Sure, he has nothing to hide.

After one pussy judge Chad F. Kennedy played the 5th amendment card and tried to let molesty phuck get back to freedom and child porning, a judge with some balls (U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas Rueter) called bullshit and said the Feds have the right to go after Chesters electronic devices.

Francis Rawls has chosen to sit in solitary confinement 22 1/2 hours a day rather then give up the passwords to several devices.

The solitary confinement is because he's an ex-cop and a pedo. He wouldn't last a week in general population. Love to see the worms squirm tbh

Update April 2017:
Wow Pedo Breath is still in jail 18 months and counting, refusing to give his passwords since he knows it will lead to his pedo files.

Jailed over locked computer, ex cop loses again in court.

Forum Techy Types,

Is it possible he is innocent and being framed? Whether he is or is not....
Check this out from an atheist site discussing the case:

But, here's my problem with it all. Let's say that you don't like someone. (Not anyone on this forum, of course, would ever do this!) And, so, "you" decide to get even by downloading child pornography off of the DeepWeb. You create an encrypted volume on your enemies computer, whether on an internal hard-drive or an external one, with a long and gibberish passphrase, copying, of course, all of the child porn on to that drive/container. And, then, you go to the cops and say that "so and so" is looking at child porn, which they even showed to you!

And, "Voilà!" Your enemy is now in jail for life for having "refused" to disclose a password that they do not know and which they could not ever guess over the lifetime of the Universe! Sound sweet?! To me, it sounds absolutely disgusting, but I betcha it will happen here someday soon, if not already!

So, what do you think? Is the US judiciary out of control for having jailed someone for life who has not even been charged with a crime?? It seems to me that there needs to be some legal reform in this area.

News goes cold in 2017. At least according to Google.
Any of you with legal access know what the status of Francis Rawls is?

Looks like he is still in jail for being in contempt of court.

Also looks like there's enough evidence to justify the court order for the drives so I can't see the Supreme Court siding with him.

Francis Rawls
Still in jail? News went cold in 2017:

On Monday, a US federal appeals court sided against a former Philadelphia police officer who has been in jail 17 months because he invoked his Fifth Amendment right against compelled self-incrimination. He had refused to comply with a court order commanding him to unlock two hard drives the authorities say contain child porn.
Francis Rawls

The 3-0 decision (https://arstechnica.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/rawlsopinion.pdf) (PDF) by the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals means that the suspect, Francis Rawls, likely will remain jailed indefinitely or until the order (https://cdn.arstechnica.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/comply.pdf) (PDF) finding him in contempt of court is lifted or overturned. However, he still can comply with the order and unlock two FileVault encrypted drives connected to his Apple Mac Pro. Using a warrant, authorities seized those drives from his residence in 2015. While Rawls could get out from under the contempt order by unlocking those drives, doing so might expose him to other legal troubles.

In deciding against Rawls, the court of appeals found that the constitutional rights against being compelled to testify against oneself were not being breached. That's because the appeals court, like the police, agreed that the presence of child porn on his drives was a "foregone conclusion." The Fifth Amendment, at its most basic level, protects suspects from being forced to disclose incriminating evidence. In this instance, however, the authorities said they already know there's child porn on the drives, so Rawls' constitutional rights aren't compromised.

Wow so it is going to (or went to) the Supreme Court.

Looks like Apple was named as a defendant. Perhaps like the San Bernadino terroists, Apple refused to have any of their fags open the phone.

I'm not a lawyer. Just looks like he's trying to get the contempt rules for grand jury witnesses to apply to him so he can get out of jail now, even though he's a suspect.
