The replay does seem to indicate this, but the same ref who missed the Waiters forearm and Manu foot was too busy watching Patty's shot instead of reffing through the entire play, so he wouldn't know what happened in the corner.

You can actually see the angle of her arm change as she falls over.

Can you imagine the shitstorm that would have happened if she would have gotten hurt? "Player injures fan courtside at NBA, why has the League done nothing to prevent this?"
