Anyone got thoughts on who it will probably be?

Kasich is the logical choice. But The Don likes to play a little wild.

Sessions and Gingrich are probably on the list.

I'd like to see him pick up Jim Webb, but that wouldn't happen.

That wouldn't make much sense, Trump should solidly win the deep south.

Gingrich is able to translate Trump's talk into political lingo, he's been Trump's advocate for a while and probably is on the list. Sessions is an experienced politician and would unify the republican party behind him 100%.

I don't know if Trump should take the classical route and pick a VP to swing a state, tbh. I'd like to see Webb, it would be a bold move to pick a democrat and he shares a lot of views with Trump. Only down side is everybody will start complaining that Trump is just a RINO

It will be some combination of a black, a mexican, and a woman.

I'm thinking New Mexico guv Susana Martinez with Uncle Carson a close 2nd.

Jim Webb would be perfect but the Republican elite would hate it.

I think Gingrich carries too much baggage.

Rubio brings nothing to the table. Fucker couldn't even win the primary in his own state.

The right already says that, but has still shifted pretty quickly from NeverTrump to NeverHillary.

They pretty much have given up, tbh. Their worst fear was Trump winning :lol

Trump has said that he wants someone with political experience, and Carson is the one in charge of gathering/vetting the picks so it won't be him. Kasich seems the logical pick seeing as he can carry Ohio and has both gubernatorial/congressional experience. He's laid back so he would suit Trump's personality, but I have this feeling that Trump is so shallow that appearances are very important to him and Rubio being young, good looking and Hispanic will be the pick. Rubio's immigration/gang of eight issue might be a problem though.

Paul Ryan refusing to support Trump is an example of how little he thinks of what the people want. He should be setting an example trying to unify the party behind Trump - instead he wants Trump to suck up to him? What exactly is his alternative - Hillary? - he probably would prefer Hillary than Trump - same old, same old club they have in DC.

i know its impossible but it would be hilarious if he chose sanders. would love to see how the sjw camp would handle that :lol

kasich would be the pick that makes the most sense, and since he's been the most level-headed gop candidate the whole time, it would bring good balance to the ticket

Trump is going to want a yes man, someone he can totally control. Kasich is too much of a thinker for Trump to pick him for it.

Someone like Christie would be a nice henchmen for him.

I predicted Christie months ago. Still a good choice if Donald wants to go full Armaggeddon on Shillary and co. He can be the good cop and Christie the Devil.

But if he really wants to fuck with peoples heads he could easily pick Bill Cosby, Kanye or even a Hispanic guy. I'd say Pitbull....

Another pretty fantastic choice would be Bill Clinton. He can promise Clinton he will make Sarah Palin chief of staff at the oval office :lol

Again, Trump wants someone with political experience which rules out Carson. Christie is too much like Trump (brash, blustery) - maybe AG. How about someone with congressional experience like Gingrich (probably too out of touch though)?

Gingrich would be a good choice for Trump. Tons of experience and would pump up his base.

Christie is probably a good bet. He got on the bandwagon early and has been very loyal.

Christie is even more unpopular in NJ than Trump is nationally.

Trump draggin Christie's bloated grease bag along would save Chrsitie the humiliation of being voted out next gov election. But Christie hugged the knitter, so hard core conservatives hate him.

If Trump actually picks Giuliani then Joe Biden would be an epic VP pick by Shillary. A VP debate of Biden v. Giuliani would be epic.
