To be honest not sure what to think about this game, I know its 2-2 but it really seems all momentum is in OKC's side, but it does change from game to game. We had a amazing chance to steal game 4 and practically win the series when we were up 85-79 early in the 4th and then OKC made 2 quick 3s and never looked back. I believe game 4 will be a blowout, within 12-15 points for either side, but I'm putting my money on the Spurs. Your thoughts?:flag:

Adams/Kanter combine for 30 pts and 25 rebounds (half offensive)
Random scrub takes turn to light the Spurs off.
Green/Mills make the bingo and miss 7 3pt shots.
Pop plays Diaw/West for 23 mins.

LDN makes an appearance on the offensive end with 3-4 threes while Kawhi and LMA do their thing and TP continues to have throwback games. Sadly, the wheels won't suddenly be back for TD but we still win by 8-10 points.

There is no momentum in an NBA series. Each game is its own thing. I got the Spurs winning game 5.

Spurs are between -300 to -350 favorites (in decimals all the way down to 1.29 to 1.35 favorite).

spread Spurs is -6.5 to -7

this is better than I expected. Maybe it will drop but it's given me some optimism though I'd lean betting Thunder...

Spurs by so much that a series victory for the Thunder is determined to be a mathematical impossibility, Spurs win series 3-2.

Momentum usually goes to the team that's won last, but the series overall feels like the Spurs would have more momentum.

Spurs21Fan4Ever
05-10-2016, 12:50 AM
Spurs win by 20+ then win a close one in OKC. After a good talk with Pop and Duncan, Leonard stops overthinking and plays his game and dominates. Aldridge continues to score big, Parker is the third part of the new big three, and Pop wises up and sits Diaw in favor of Boban, and suddenly Kanter and Adams don't score and rebound so easily. I don't have faith in the Spurs beating GS, but I do have faith in the Spurs beating OKC! GO SPURS GO!

Pretty much what was expected before the series began. Blazers make the Thunder look like world champs Blazers had a great shot in regulation and blew it. If we can win in 6, I think we get the right amount of rest unless they move the WCF up before Tuesday 5/17. I'm pretty sure the Finals start on June 2.

dg7md

Spurs by 7. Thunder have an early lead but we close it out with a pretty non-competitive second half and keeping the lead up for the remainder of the game.

Whoever wins game 5 will win the series and I think that is OKC. The momentum right now is with them. They feel like they have figured out the spurs. Look how they aren't doubling LMA in the post, spurs are not generating any threes from that at all. Their defensive scheme is now to let Tony Parker beat them by leaving him wide open. They would rather have Parker score than have LMA or Kawhi dominate or Danny Green hit threes. Spurs are getting killed on the boards. Donovan has chosen to now play Kanter along with Adams, that's just a recipe for disaster when it comes to rebounding. Pop not playing Boban is playing to the Thunder's favor, maybe he needs to try and change the lineup.

Fortunately, that won't be the case. Spurs win by 8 to 10.

Agreed. The inconsistency is ridiculous. If the Spurs actually show up this should be a very comfortable win. Spurs by 20-30.

Addit: I just put $50 on for the Spurs to win by 20-30 points so they play a great game they'll net me $1150 which will be quite handy lol. Go Spurs Go! Win by 20-30 points or i'm $50 in the black.

The effort has been there... OKC just has a top 5 player of this generation - who happens to be completely unguardable at 7 ft - and 2 bigs that slaughter all the Spurs bigs. Coupled that with the great defense OKC always seems to play against the Spurs (at least greater than their defense against other teams), the Thunder can match the Spurs.

The Spurs will be fighting for their lives this game. I would say the chances of OKC in 6 are now equal to the chances of Spurs in 7, which was my original prediction. Both teams played hard the last 3 games but the Spurs bench just isn't want it used to be and Duncan looks ready for retirement. This series feels a lot like the 2013 finals. Spurs win games based on flukey shooting and Lebron playing poorly. But in the end, the shooting balanced out and Lebron played well again to put away the Spurs. Westbrook is still waiting for his 30 point triple double game and Durant is good enough to have one or two more 40 point games.

They'll continue to hedge on that wb/adams pnr, resulting in more emphatic dunks by adams

More foul trouble for Duncan

Ineffective Parker

Bobinator sighting

OKC will live at the line
