It's kind of like how Perkins had 6 techs during the '10 playoffs and was only 1 tech away from suspension during the finals. Also, yes, scrubs like Jones should be suspended when they do something like that. If you don't set a tone with scrubs trying to injure important players, then every team will just send in their scrubs to hurt the big stars.

If another star (like Draymond ) does it, you have to assume they know the ramifications of their actions and have to be 100% sure they did it intentionally. If a scrub does it, you don't need that 100% because then it's open season on on the stars with these scrubs.
