My step dad loved it. He said we're gonna go all out for the Falcons game. I don't know if you saw the section of the parking lot where they were settin up poker. But that's what we're gonna do for the Falcons game- poker tables, big ass pit and much more...

We had the biggest pit there in our section. Our food was a hit.

The crowd did an amazing job! It sounded really loud on TV and the place looked packed. They showed some great signs, including "Our Dome is Your Dome".

I watched the first quarter and the crowd was clearly loud as hell as far I could tell from TV. Then the wife dragged me out of the house and I listened to what I could on 1200. Believe it or not, (and I'm inclined not to believe..but!) one of the radio commentators said he had never heard a dome get that loud before...like I said I was inclined to think he was just being nice to the SA community as we host our first regular season NFL game...but then again there were moments when the crowd practically drowned out the announcers on big plays...

But to be sure, the fans rocked the mother F'n house!!

I know you had to pay $20.00 if you tailgated with a pit
How much was regular parking at the alamodome parking lot?

We paid $8.00 and the parking garage near rivercenter

This is where the Saints and Alamodome P.R. did a horrendous job.
Tailgating has nothing to do with the price of parking in that lot.
There were only so many spaces allotted for tailgating(safety reasons I assume). Regardless of wether you tailgated or not, the price for parking was $20.

BTW, how much is parking at SBC?
Isn't it also $20 near the building?

$15 I believe in the closest lot. $6 in the furthest (SBC Center ) lot.

B.

How early did you get there?

You can get the $15 dollar parking ahead of time for $12. I think this is Lot E, it's directly in front of the SBC Center (on SBC Pkwy) and also the warehouse type buildings. Lot F, which is right next to it is regularly $8, but may be less if you pay ahead of time for that too. Warning, each of these lots exit to different major roads, Lot E is re-directed to I-10 and Lot F is sent back to I-35. In my experience, it's taken a LOT longer to exit out of Lot F.

There is no charge for Tailgating.

Am I typing in French?

Why is it hard to understand?
