No Duncan is definitely on the 29th.

West already opted out so Manu is only one left for the 22nd to make a decision.

Whether we fans learn about it or not until the 29th, I would be surprised if Tim has not advised PATFO of his decision before the draft.

So tomorrow is the deadline for Manu? I wouldn't be surprised if we find out something today. I bet Manu opts out as well as Timmy just to give the Spurs flexibility on the cap space. Then they can take however long to figure out their futures, probably taking into account what PATFO do with the personnel.
