I was wondering the same think, but switched over to 10. I'll bet its one of the updates to 7, that if you romove it, the daily prompt will disappear.

Go to windows update, uninstall KB3035583, restart, then check for updates, find KB3035583 in your list, right click and hide. That only lasts until MS "updates" it, which means they change it to a new version, which is why I have the KB number memorized. :lol
