"after"

Not really much of a story if it was after games. Shit, 20 years later it's not much of a story even If it were before or during either.

I'm sure there were a fair share of players smoking weed and snorting coke in the 80s.

Well if that was the case, he'll certainly be paying for it soon enough. I think it may be an exaggeration, he never drank that much after games but he probably had a bunch of beer that he and his buddies or teammates would share. That's just my take.

No way would his kidneys and liver take that kind of abuse and hold up season after season where he'd often play in the range of 100 games or more, not including the preseason or Olympics. And with everything negative we've heard about him from his playing days, one thing we, or at least I, haven't heard about him is that he was a pothead or a drunk. So I'm going to take it he drank in moderation like most any athlete.

Ho Ree Shit!! A WHOLE sixer? Do you know what type of beer he enjoyed the most? Was in an IPA or a Lager? Do you know if he ate while or before drinking? Were they cans or bottles? Geez! There are so many questions that I have now.

As opposed to iso players and 3-point chuckers, whether they're good at it or not, of today's NBA, where defense is optional.

I don't know man some with so called good genetics can drink a 6 a day and live long lives, not out of the rhealm of possibility. I agree with most of what you said though, that might wear on you after a good while being an athlete. Maybe the rest of his life around that was sound as far as diet and exercise levels etc., who knows?
LITE BEER? gtfo

Thats what the F I am saying, forget that stuff. That is an appetizer or a late night cap only, after the real shit.

Well I drink a lot but I don't play bball and so on, but I agree don't know about every single game. It is possible I guess if you stay in tip top shape and take liver herbs to protect it and eat just right long term, but not likely. He eventually would run in to some trouble IMO, although I believe he did and does still drink more than the average.

I used to drink about 8 Icehouse beers a night and they are stronger than that light beer crap, that would get me nowhere to be honest. Light beer would not even get a good buzz going at #6 really, MJ at his size would probably feel a little little tiny buzz off of that or nothing at all. Get your weight up some folks. 6 beers or light beers is NOTHING.

BTW on weekends I would double my drinking back in the days, routinely going over 10 plus drinks and then some on weekends :lmao
