lol all star as a criteria.. he's one of the few pgs that can legitimately defend. he's a great guy to build a winning team around, you can surround him with shooters and a big center and you get an half court strong offense that can perform in the playoffs. that's a good point i'll give you that, but if they were to renounce on conley because they are not contenders, then they would have to do the same with gasol. Instead they signed parsons so they are at least a little better than they were, there is some logic there.
