I've got to have some of the stupidest law makers in the country

Governor Brown signed a handful of laws yesterday to keep us all safe from evil assault weapons.

Background on the bullet button...years ago law passed years ago to slow down on reloading time. The bullet button covers the mag release so a tool is needed to release the mag instead of quickly using your finger, all AR15's were required to have these installed so us murderers couldn't reload our weapons faster during our shooting sprees. Fast forward to today, according to law makers here the bullet button now speeds up reloading time :lol

So now by 2018 all bullet button equipped AR15's will have to be registered as assault weapons, you can still keep your gun though. And now that it is registered as an assault weapon you don't have to have the bullet button on it any more so you can go back to the quicker standard mag release :lmao

Or if you don't want to register it as an assault weapon you can just install this compliant workaround from the original bullet button inventor :lol

There genius plan just sped up reloading time for millions of CA AR15 owners...well done Jerry.

There will be a historic amount of AR15s sold in CA in the time period before these go into effect in 2017. These idiots in Sacramento just put another million AR15s in circulation :lol
i'll be waiting for the market to get tight again and plan on selling 4 AR's and some lowers, I'll be sure to post the gunbroker auction like last time

And if you still want to go on a murdering spree with an gun that doesn't have to be registered and shoots the same rounds as an AR15, at the same rate, and uses the same magazines just get one of these

These laws they pass are meaningless, they are surely not concerned with actually saving lives. In the state of CA it is a felony if you lie on a 4473 fail your BG check and are denied. Take a guess how many have been charged with a felony?

I've been buying, shooting, and collecting guns for 35+ years, and I never even knew what a "bullet button" was.

Jerry brown is awful

Brown and the Dems have gotten CA's govt debt and economy pretty much fixed. How's that going in OK, KS, LA, MI, WI, and other totally Repug states?
