I've got to have some of the stupidest law makers in the country
Governor Brown signed a handful of laws yesterday to keep us all safe from evil assault weapons.
Background on the bullet button...years ago law passed years ago to slow down on reloading time. The bullet button covers the mag release so a tool is needed to release the mag instead of quickly using your finger, all AR15's were required to have these installed so us murderers couldn't reload our weapons faster during our shooting sprees. Fast forward to today, according to law makers here the bullet button now speeds up reloading time :lol
So now by 2018 all bullet button equipped AR15's will have to be registered as assault weapons, you can still keep your gun though. And now that it is registered as an assault weapon you don't have to have the bullet button on it any more so you can go back to the quicker standard mag release :lmao
Or if you don't want to register it as an assault weapon you can just install this compliant workaround from the original bullet button inventor :lol

There genius plan just sped up reloading time for millions of CA AR15 owners...well done Jerry.
