- I don't trust the thunder to win 50 games with Durant and Ibaka out. So westbrook is out of competition.

- Lebron is the only legit candidate...but hes going to have off months like any other 32 year old.

- That leaves Kawhi as the only superstar with a team that's going to win at least 55 games.

- Durant and Curry are out with this faggy superteam. I thought KD would win it but hes a beta as expected.

Should be an easier year with the thunder out and the clippers hobled and confused, imo...

Just hoping for a GSW injury

Triple doubles dont win you MVPs in today nba. Hell get some votes but about 60 of voters are new age media.

I think so too. He was the runner-up last season, and he's only getting better. Curry and Durant will be competing for votes.

:lmao any player that can't take over a series being an MVP candidate

Just need to have more wins than those goons and kawhi should be set...even less wins can get him MVP.

New age media loves kawhi so he has a good chance. Lebron is the biggest competition.

Didn't Robinson win an MVP, then Hakeem whipped him in the playoffs ?

fMVP is where it is at. Kawhi lucked into one. The fact that he finished above LeBron last year should give everyone pause.

He's a role player.

Until Kahwi starts legitimately and consistently taking over games and establishing himself as the Alpha when the rest of the team is being beta's and gamma's, I just don't see it.

Regarding MVP I can see Lebron gunning for another to improve his resume.

If Durant had decided to join the Spurs would they be a "faggy superteam?"

Sounds like sour grapes...

Anyone can be fMVP, I mean who thought Andre was going to get it last year. I think kawhi has monster potential still, he's fairly young so I expect him to have a good season but idk about MVP.

###### had 2 good games in the Finals and OP wants to anoint him to MJ level.

It's ridiculous.

Curry injury changes everything. They'd need to make a major adjustment with a Dirant-dray-klay trio

Yep ...they all feel he is overrated ...depite whining for Russ to defer to Durant ...and how he would choose SA if he were smart.

will wb accept a cheaper contract to play with the spurs? i doubt the spurs have the capspace to chase him, let alone trading porkers contract...it will costs the spurs more to get him, unless one of them younger spurs players breakout for any value to okc

for kawhi to win, he needs spurs to finish at leasts top2 west, a gap between him and okc westbrick needs to be larger then 10games...

i dont think curry/kd will win mvp since they need to do something ridiculous individually

Didn't win the MVP for the big o in the 60s either. Didn't win magic an MVP in the early 80s either. Not sure how this is relevant to only :lol today's nba.
