Murray is a hot dog..... The spurs would've been set for years at PG. :ihit:ihit:ihit:ihit:ihit:ihit

Don't worry. They have Parker to mentor him.

Because they drafted Dejounte Murray.

Because Murray's ceiling is significantly higher. I really liked Ulis at KU, but at 5'9 and an average athlete, his prospects are extremely limited at the next level.

You're just pissed they didn't draft someone you could finally have your head reach their chest.

Because, with notable exceptions, Kentucky players aren't winners. They are recruited for talent, overwhelm with talent, and are never taught a goddamn thing. In the NBA they're still talented but never learned how to win for reals. Often they go to shitty NBA teams and put up empty stats. Again, with notable exceptions.

I like Tyler Ulis, and I hope he proves me wrong, but he is a back-up in the NBA best case scenario. Dejounte, has TP potential.

TP was a far better player at 19 y.o. than Dejounte tbh.

Yup and TP will end up in the HOF too. Pretty nice, right?
Now, let's see what the team can do with this lump of Murray clay before we go spouting off, yes?

As a former UK fan - that is so true. It is hard to believe that even young men haven't seen enough of Calipari's schtick to see through it. He can recruit, but he doesn't ever develop his players.
