Dunno if it has been posted, but SA mayor Ivy Taylor declared July 21 as Tim Duncan day. Great day for Timmy and the city of San Antonio! The only regret I have about being a Spurfan is the fact that I was in San Antonio for 4mos and never got the chance to see them play at the AT&T center, much less go there. At least I got to see them live at the staples center against the clips.

Do we get a day off work?

Festival at Market Square?

Shelly Lares at Rosedale park?

They should probably announce plans for a statue of Tim downtown, and then unvail it on July 21 2017.

Never got to see him, and they weren't playing at home when I went to SA :(

I got to see him from rookie year to his last playoff game here in SA. TONS of games throughout the 19 years. At least a dozen or so a season.

Last Spurs home game I saw was in the Alamodome. Probably before Duncan was drafted.

The only way I could have seen them in SA was the preseason games, but I was still in training and didn't finish until towards the end of October, and then had to leave the very day after graduation.

At least you got to see one. For me, I at least got to see them live, even though the big 3 were no longer in their primes, but still a good experience.

So, what happened? Did anyone get the 21-cent whatever's?

Was Tim Duncan day just some random sales, a city ordinance, and a few tweets?

I need some San Antonio peeps to give testimony.
Did saint Duncan appear on your tortillas, waffles, or similar food items?

Kevin Durant memorialized by getting an Otis Nixon tattoo.
