It's going to get a lot of hate since it's not Marvel but I really like it so far. Not digging the music though.

I'm not familiar with JL, but is this how it was formed in the comics? With Batman recruiting everyone after finding the files from Lex?

Again, seems kind of rushed like BvS, but doesn't mean it can't over come that flaw.

Avengers got to take time and build singular movies first then have the Avengers come together organically.

Wonder Woman looks more interesting tbh, didn't like the Flash or Cyborg costumes. Snyder makes better trailers than movies.

I have to say though, DC shits on Marvel when it comes to cinematography.

Bruce throwing that batarang at Flash was cool

I liked BvS more than the Avengers, so I was always going to see this. But Cyborg looks kinda stupid. Dunno how much of his costume is CGI, but however much it is is too much.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. With the exception of GOTG, Winter Soldier, Civil War and IM1, I feel like Marvel has been pretty cheesy and they're a step behind to Snyder's vision. Unfortunately, BVS had a laughable script but despite of its flaws, I still think BVS is the best CBM to date.

Looks really good though I'm not sure why Bruce Wayne is the one doing all the recruiting. Doesn't seem to fit into Batman's personality imo. Anyway, it seems like they've lessened the mopey-dopey "trying to sound like a Christopher Nolan film" philosophical dialogue bs and decided to actually have a bit of humor.

Cyborg looks outta place with the popping CGI. Needs filters over it to tone it down. Maybe hasn't had the finishing touches yet.

Also, did they shoot all of Afflecks part in these movies at the same time? These movies are coming out back to back to back.

i think the hate BvS got was too strong, i thought it was fine.

but better than the avengers? nah. maybe Age of Ultron

Like all of these movies, the villain is key. With Doomsday going out so early wonder what they face that will be bigger?

Lot riding on Suicide Squad too. I'm more excited for SS than anything but batman is in all of them so good thing Ben did a great job.

Aquaman perfectly cast too.

With Ryan Reyonolds being Deadpool, does Green Latenr get the reboot?

That's what I said too. I don't know JL well enough to know if that is how JL actually formed but batman hated working with others traditionally.

I mean, they obviously set this up in BvS with teaming up with Superman, the Flash "flashback/message" & the ending convo with WW, but it doesn't feel like the comics happened this way.

Yup. Green Latern will.be rebooted. They just have to determine who they want to cast.

The superlative technical quality of the entire production of TDKR was obviously better. Ledger was the crowning jewel of the movie but overall, I thought the action scenes were a big meh. I was also never a fan of Bale as Bruce.

ryan reynolds whatever hsi name is, he doesnt have the face appeal to play super hero or villain movies, something about him that makes him look more like a comedian or suited for other genres

Batman v Superman was so unnecessary. WB should, have done a Batman movie, and then Justice League. On the topic of Justice League, Batman appears to be much more likable than the Punisher knockoff he was turned into in BvS.

I want to be excited for this, but that hack is still directing.

There is some cheese to The MCU but Snyder isn't a great director, his movies look pretty good visually but they always lacking with the script.

The Captain America trilogy is excellent, Thor's movies are meh and Iron Man is pretty good, not great while the Avengers have been very good.

BVS ultimate edition was alot better than the theatrical cut.

I actually rewatched the trilogy after BVS. BVS's hand to hand action is fantastic while the Dark Knight trilogy is lacking in that regard.

The Dark Knight Rises is on the short list of best super hero movies ever imo. Puts Dark Knight to shame.

well we knew the trailer would be good but here's how I see it playing out. Batman and Aquaman hate each other for the entire first half of the movie and right when Batman's about to kil Aquaman, because he can, because batman, Aquaman says "Thomas." And Batman says "why did you say that name"

Cyborg's CGI/character design is awful. The CGI might be improved with the final product, but the character design has to change, too, or he will still look like shit. After the pretentious thematic failure that was Batman v Superman, Snyder/DC's response was to remake The Avengers with a Payback blue filter.

I'll still see the movie out of curiosity, but I am not spending any money on it.

This....all the DC movies have had great trailers and then the movies have been complete let downs....I expect this to be no different.

Man of Steel had a great trailer and Suicide Squad had an interesting one. Batman v Superman's first trailer was okay. The second one with Doomsday was absolutely terrible. Not only did it spoil too much of the movie, but the tonal shift from all the previous footage was jarring.

The funny thing is that, no matter how bad that Doomsday trailer was, it was the most truthful one out of all of them.

CGI is easier to apply on dark tone scenes. That's why they fight at night.

Of course. But that's a cop out. Practically ever other super hero movie has major climactic fight scenes.
