Either it's the Spurs or Bucher has a very loose definition of "title contender." Even the Raptors already have Lowry.
Maaaaybe the Clippers, but I doubt it; they would probably rather keep Paul and focus on upgrading their wings.
Even then, would getting enough cap room for Curry (or :lol Durant) require losing both Parker and Green? Or talking Pau into opting out with the intention of taking something like $36M over three years, fully guaranteed? Just speculating there.
