Hmmm...

SpursforSix : Hey SpursforSix, who won the Men's Flyweight Division in Greco-Roman Wrestling back in 1960 at the Rome Olympics?
SpursforSix : LOL. Easy...how about I tell you all three medal winners?
SpursforSix : WOW! Ok.
SpursforSix : Well, Dumitru Pirvulescu took the gold. The Egyptian Osman Sayed won silver and of course from Iran, Mohammad Paziraye got the bronze.
SpursforSix : Thanks!

Good stuff and it's El Sayed, ok?

So what was unique/a first in the 4x1 relay? We saw something in those 60 Olympics we had never seen before or since in the 4x1.

Who there played for the Falcons?

I would guess Rock, but I thought he got hurt at the U. So the only other choice would be Bill.

It was Goldberg.

So which one on your list was called...Stunning....when he first started out?

My dream shape is Goldberg, but realistically, if I can lose my gut, I can be in Steve Austin shape. I'm 6ft, how tall is he?

And I should have guessed Austin. Stunning Steve. They usually match up letters.

Knock off all liquids but bottle water for six months and run/jumping jacks to exhaustion. No meals after 6pm. Good bye gut.

Goldberg was too soft.

You're really a rude sort. When I come across someone who knows more than me or perhaps knows different and more interesting information, I don't roll up into a defensive ball and attack him/her. Instead, I open up my mind and try to learn some new things. Maybe it's an age thing but I sure hope that I'm not as closed minded as you when I become a senior citizen.

Thanks for the tips Avante. I gotta cut alcohol and soda. The fucking tacos and chips and queso in San Antonio don't help either. I do use 2% milk as a meal replacement sometimes...

And yeah, goldberg had the body, but he didn't have Austin's beer drinkin fire!

Ever tried to go 4-6 hour between meals?

I eat a huge breakfast, HUGE~~~~~~~ then go until dinner time before my next meal and eat whatever I want (around 5-7pm). Then that it is for that day. All I will touch the rest the day/night is bottled water. For lunch it's a V-8.

I play that Mon-Fri. On Sat/Sun, it's...fuck it, and eat whatever, whenever.

Yep, discipline.

Here's what you do. Cut out all processed sugars. Try to go easy on processed grains. I would say eliminate them but it's hard unless you live on your own. Don't worry about having cheese a few times a week. Even with some chips.
After a couple of weeks, go ahead and splurge on desserts once in a while.

That is one area that I believe he knows the history of.

Actually a middle schooler has posted a much faster time. I hadn't done much research on it until now but I found that Kelby Nixon ran a 15.4. So it really beats the shit out of my 20 and explains why ESPN wasn't trying to find me.

Yes brother, sugars and carbs be my enemy. If I can stick to just having cream in my coffee in the morning and a couple beers maybe twice a month, I'll be on my way
...the white bread has to go. Tortillas...shit. well...I want a flat stomach. So it's gonna be tough at first. Maybe one taco a week.

You don't know that. In all of his practice, you don't Usain Bolt might have ran faster than that or faster than some of those? Point being that all of those seem to be from sanctioned track meets. I'm sure some dude in LA has run a faster 200 and it just wasn't timed.

Avante

Little people, it works like this.

A sprinter will run the 200m in about a time that is double his 100m PR.

Bolt ran a 19.19.

His 100m PR...9.58

So it's 9.58 + 9.58 equals 19.16. Yep, close.

That 9.58 is the curent world record.

Now think just a little bit moron, ok? In order to run a 15.4 howfast would his 100m have to be?

I really am surrounded by idiots.

Rueben Reina still holds the city record for the mile 4:02 and his older brother Randy 4:04 or right around there. Both went to Arkansas. Both also got close to the 3200m record for the State. They held it for a while I believe.
