So?

Rainfall happens, and this was a record rain for how long?

Cyclical weather...

Sure, it'd hard. They should move out of the flood plain.

I'm just sensitive to such posts, because at some point it will be blamed on the CO2 we add to the atmosphere.

That's why I've seen all these cocksuckers slowing down traffic lately. Check the plates...yep - Louisiana dipshit.

That's a retarded statement. Majority of states/counties in this country has areas which flood so simply moving out is not a viable solution you fucktard. You're sensitive to this post, because you're a sensitive vagina. Did you fucking tell the fatasses in Texas to simply move when they were flooded whether in the Houston, San Antonio, or Dallas area? Easy for your ass to say simply move. It's not about just flood zones, because every city in this damn country has low lying areas.

Weather anomalies are unfortunate but unavoidable. A percentage of the population will always be affected by them. Whether it's a drought, flood, fires, tornadoes or blizzards, you could always just leave the area and face a different type of risk. So moving away isn't the answer. What is though? Recovery is the answer. If it flooded every 2 years there like that, you couldn't get insurance and you'd not have anyone living there. Because it's normally somewhat inhabitable, people will live there and treat these things like the anomalies they are.

It does no good to say "you should have known". We drive in traffic all the time. If someone we love gets into a fatal accident, should they have known? Should they have just avoided driving?

Don't be a twat, WC. Acting like you don't give a fuck because it could potentially cause you to lose a forum debate point is douchebag at it's finest.

There's flood areas in most places dumbass. Plus, these aren't your average floods. These are historic floods not ever seen or not seen in decades. Idiot.

But your boy said, "You're doing a heckuva job Brownie." :lol

This, you can't avoid natural disasters but you can minimize your chances of being affected by them. The only reason anyone still lives in Galveston and New Orleans is because they're emotionally attached to where they live and, for some, where they grew up. Both are a ticking time bomb...

All for ourselves and nothing for other people, seems, in every age of the world, to have been the vile maxim of the masters of mankind.

WC wants us to hail his corporate overlords.

Don't you see any balance somewhere between the two opposing examples?

Are you really that rigid?

I was asking a question. One which apparently, you have no cogent answer to.
