Basically what I was saying. Entire publishing careers are being built on searching for a few random tweets and embedding them as a news story. Breitbart and Gawker Media love that shit.

Whether the people making those tweets have any significant audience, of if they're actually their real opinions at all, is not important. Outrage sells, and none better than outrage over outrage.
