Apparently in the WikiLeaks release about Clinton emails etc was an unrelated email from a Spunky Mignon to Tim Duncan.

It started:

Dear Tim,
I'm embarrassed to say I am a loser who writes about you on the internet. A lot. Like it has become obsessive.

Dear Kobe,

Please invite all of your youngest fans to a local park with no obstruction of view. Have them wear flesh colored uniforms and have them crab walk backwards up and down the court. I touch kids and I don't feel comfortable telling anyone except you. I hate to ask you, but PLEASE help me live out my perverse fantasies if you don't alert the authorities first.
