Glad he was indicted. He wouldn't have been if there wasn't ample evidence of criminal activity. Love Tim's gratitude to the U.S. Attorney's office about stopping this guy from doing this to someone else. Great work all around.

Financial guys like that have a fiduciary duty that holds them to a high standard of honesty. If this guy was withholding his conflicts as a fiduciary, then he's committing fraud of the worst kind and deserves what he gets.
