Also, last night in Philadelphia, a 19-year police Veteran was shot eight times. The Police Commissioner said it was a miracle she wasn't killed. Also, University of Pennsylvania Officer Ed Miller, who formerly served for 33 years on the Philadelphia Police Department, was shot numerous times.
