Sucks to hear. I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for Miles coming back those 10 games or so with Memphis to keep Portland from being able to claim an injury exception on their contract with him.

RE isn't for everyone. Even with property managers and other agents the landlord still has a lot of decision making to do.

Naturally, as a lot of NBA players come from situations of extreme poverty. They don't even know what its like to be middle class or in some cases, working class. A million dollars is like a billion dollars to them. No concept of money.
