The Dallas police chief told protesters to apply for police jobs. Now, job applications have tripled.

What needs to happen is all those black cops right now get transverred to places where their blackness can help. There are a few black cops here in Porterville or were. I doubt 100 black people live here in this 56,000 town.

They're right on this one, Kool. We can't complain when we refuse to govern and police ourselves. We have cities predominately black, yet the city officials and police force are predominately white.
